How to Save Fora.tv

Few people are probably even aware that fora.tv even exists.
I actually believe that the site is a very good idea: online video content network aggregating public affairs videos. Sort of a youtube meets npr. Can't make it to a seminar? Go to fora and catch up on the content.
The only problem is that the current site execution is lousy and the user experience is rather painful.
Do you think there is a worthwhile business here?
What would you do to save Fora.tv?

Sheesh where to start. I agree that it is a fantastic idea, but everything from the layout to the wording is just awful.
Too many choices! So do I click "go to program" or "play clip"? Do I click "Play the Clip" or "Watch Full Program"? Do I want to click "Preview" or "Go to" (channels section)? And so forth. There is just too much going on. Too many features.
"THE BRILLIANT IDEAS NETWORK FOR VIDEO DISCOURSE AND DEBATE". I am not really sure what this means? "youtube meets npr" is a fantastic description... It's what Fora.tv probably is, hidden somewhere, but they don't seem to even know what their own message is.
"Programs"? Aaaa! Runaway! My grandfather watches programs. To me it implies too much of a commitment, more than I am willing to give a site I have never been to before. I'd drop it. In fact, I'd drop all the buttons in favor of text links.
"Feature Highlight" advert - Come now... It's effectively a banner ad for a feature on their site, on their site. Drop it.
They list posting rules under each video, er program:
"You may not post replies" - But the only button available is a reply button. I dont even want to reply, I just want to comment on the video. Nope.
Sorry to go on, I just hate to see what could be a great site/service exhibit such odd decisions.
